The SAP Young Professionals Program 2022 is now open for applicants from candidates in selected Africa locations, Asia and United Arab Emirate (UAE). The SAP Young Professionals Program seeks to engage young graduates with demonstrable skills to join the SAP consultancy team while developing their professional skills.
The SAP Young Professionals Program is 3-month training programme which is designed to give recent graduates the soft skills and certifications required to begin a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Within this period, the YPP graduates will be introduced to a host of opportunities around SAP working environment.

Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidates for the SAP Young Professionals Program 2022 should or must;
- have the legal right to work in the location/region for which the program is based.
- be currently unemployed or employed in a part time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations;
- be educated to at least Bachelor level in eligible fields (below)or related disciplines;
- preferably have graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile;
- have a keen interest in starting an SAP-related career involving travel;
- be fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- be available to participate fully in the program which will commence towards the middle of August 2022
