Program Overview
The ANU Doherty Scholarship is administered by the John Curtin School of Medical Research (JCSMR), Australian National University.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates are expected to posses the following eligibility criteria for the Doherty Scholarship at Australian National University (ANU);

- Students admitted into a PhD degree program;
- The award is available for PhD in Medical Science courses offer at the University.
- Students enrolling full time in the Honours program in the semester for which the scholarship is awarded.

Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants for the Doherty Scholarship will receive:
- Annual living stipend of AUD $34,000 (paid fortnightly).
- Funding for up to three years.
- Possible six-month extension, subject to eligibility.
- International students may also receive an HDR tuition fee remission where applicable.
- Access to world-class biomedical research facilities and leading clinical researchers at ANU.
