ICSP Scholarships at University of Oregon | Eligibility Criteria
To meet up the eligibility criteria for the University of Oregon ICSP Scholarships for international students, applicants are required of the following conditions:
- Applicants must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. New students must apply for admission to the UO for Fall 2024 by January 15, 2025.
- Applicants cannot be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance.
- Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial resources in addition to the scholarship and meet the minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA requirement.
- Experience participating in cultural activities.
- Demonstrated performance and presentation skills.
- Strong academic records.
- Strong communication skills.

How-to-Apply: Eligible applicants for the ICSP Scholarships at Oregon University in USA must first apply for admission before applying to the scholarship award.

- Within 3 days of applying for admission, you can find your UO Student ID Number in your Admissions Status Portal.
- Use this number to create an account to apply for UO scholarships.
- Click on ‘UO Scholarship Dashboard’.
- Once logged into the dashboard, submit the Profile, ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application and continue on with the ICSP Scholarship Application.
