Qualifications
- Degree in International Development / Affairs, Public Administration, or related subject,
- At least five (5) years’ experience working with non-governmental organizations in the area of program development, grants management, and / or project management; preferably in West Africa,
- Successful experience developing projects, writing proposals, and developing budgets for USG, United Nations, and European donors, and with partner organizations,
- Experience working in grant management in humanitarian / conflict or post-conflict settings,
- Fluent English and French written and verbal communication skills,
- Enhanced interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse team setting,
- Ability and willingness to travel to across the region (up to 60% of the time),
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize high volumes of work to meet tight deadlines.
2.) Pharm Procurement Officer – HERON

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- The requirements should establish a baseline (minimum) for educational background, previous work experience, professional knowledge or certification, specific skills and strengths and any other skill necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Pharmacy or related field
- Experience in supply chain / logistics qualifications and procurement is an additional advantage
- 2+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and purchasing software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory and management experience.

3.) Pharmacy Warehouse Inventory Officer

Qualifications
- Bachelor in Pharmacy and at least 4 – 5 years working experience in of relevant setting (hospital setting, chemist shops, community pharmacies).
- Previous working experience in humanitarian programming
- Familiarity with international, national and local pharmaceutical procurement laws, policies and guidelines
- Previous working experience in primary health care sectors in Northeastern Nigeria is an added advantage.

4.) Pharmacy Manager, Consortium HERON

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Master’s degree (statistics, social science, public health, development economics, or related discipline). First degree with demonstrated experience of 5-10 years in M&E is accepted.
- Excellent database, data management and data analysis skills, with experience using at least 2 software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Access, SPSS, STATA;
- Experience with electronic/mobile data collection (Kobo Collect, Survey CTO, CommCare) and GIS mapping;
6.) Deputy Director of Operations
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Qualifications
- Masters degree required (management-related or general operations preferred);
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing operations and/or projects in fragile and insecure locations, preferably in Africa;
- Demonstrated ability to manage field staff and remote field offices;
- Experience in logistics, HR / Admin, and security management
- Experience having managed operations (including security) in conflict-impacted setting
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Excellent staff capacity building and training skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills;
