Ertegun Scholarships at Oxford | Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Ertegun Scholarships 2024, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must have been admission to study an eligible course at the University of Oxford for the 2025/2026 academic session.
- Applicants must ensure that they meet the criteria for entry into their course of study, including English language requirements.
- Applicants must have obtained relevant academic certificates required for admission into the graduate programmes of the University of Oxford.
- Applicants must demonstrate excellent academic and research abilities.
- The scholarship may not be held in conjunction with any other awards. Awards may only be offered for students starting a new full-time graduate course.
- Current graduate students are not eligible to apply for funding for a second or third year of their course.
Application Procedures
How-to-Apply: Interested applicants for the Ertegun Scholarships at Oxford are to apply for the scholarship at the same time as they apply to Oxford by selecting ‘Ertegun Graduate Scholarships in the Humanities’ in the Funding Section of the University’s Graduate Application Form.
Applicants must also complete a supporting statement (Word doc) and upload it as a pdf document together with their Graduate Application Form by the application deadline in order for their application to be complete.
