Kumoh National Institute of Technology are pleased to inform you of 2024 K-GKS (K-Global Korea Scholarship) Guidelines for Master’s and Doctoral candidates here in Korea. The 2024 K-GKS Admission Call for Graduate School Studying at KIT, Korea is on-going.
As the one and only national engineering specialized university in Korea, we will be able to nominate candidates up to 10 for this K-GKS admission. This might be a great opportunity for you to be able to study in Korea with a full regional government scholarship and to settle down with decent jobs supported by Gyeongsangbuk-do and KIT.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants are expected to meet the following conditions for the K-Global Korea Scholarship (K-GKS):
- Applicants must be international students
- Hold citizenship from another country other than Korea.
- Have obtained the required degree required for a Master’s or PhD
- CGPA must be equal to or above 2.64/4.0, 2.80/43.2.91/4.5or3.23/5.0
- Be under 40 years of age (born after September 1, 1984)
- Be in good health, both mentally and physically, to study in Korea for the full durations.
- Applicants MUST submit one of official language proficiency test certificates.
