The scholarship is designed to encourage and assist students from diverse backgrounds and with diverse perspectives, as well as students with a proven interest in diversity-related issues, in pursuing the law as a profession. Zelle Diversity in Law Scholarship 2021 | ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for the Zelle Diversity in Law Scholarship 2021:
- Applicants must be enrolled in a law degree awarding programme at a recognized university.
- Applicants must be members of a population or group whose background and perspectives are historically underrepresented in the private practice of law.
- Applicants must demonstrate a long-standing commitment to diversity that will be furthered by award of the scholarship.
- Applicants must demonstrate strong academic abilities and be passionate about the law profession.
