Then apply for the Women Techsters Fellowship 2021 which is a year-long coding program for young girls and women across Africa.
The Fellowship aims to assist young female Africans learn how to leverage technology for career and business growth. The training is for three months, supported by a six-month internship and enrollment into a mentorship program.

Women Techsters Fellowship 2021 | DETAILS
The Women Techsters Fellowship is set out to empower African women to establish start-ups or technology-enabled businesses to build an entrepreneurial mindset in them. It also seeks to support women to become digitally enabled, social champions and owners of businesses as well as bridging the digital divide between men and women in the technology space while contributing to economic growth. The Fellowship program is an opportunity for women to upskill and build the capacity needed to access decent work opportunities.
To be eligible for the Women Techsters Fellowship 2021:
- Applicants for the fellowship program must be young female Africans passionate about leveraging technology for business growth and development.
- Applicants must demonstrate excellent academic and leadership abilities.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 16 to 40 years of age at the time of applying for the fellowship.
- Eligible Countries: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and Egypt.
