UTS International Baccalaureate Scholarship 2021: The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is pleased to announce its International Baccalaureate (IB) Scholarship 2021. Through its scholarships, UTS endeavours to reward achievement and recognise motivation to succeed.
UTS is also committed to providing support to students experiencing financial hardship and/or other educational disadvantages. The UTS has a number of scholarships and funding schemes available each year to support domestic and international research students.

UTS International Baccalaureate Scholarship 2021 | DETAILS
UTS has a range of scholarships and grants available for high-achieving commencing and current undergraduate and postgraduate international students like you. The International Baccalaureate Scholarship was established by UTS to attract top achieving commencing international students who are completing the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma qualification, and are enrolling in an undergraduate program at UTS in Sydney.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested for University of Technology Sydney UTS International Baccalaureate Scholarship are expected to meet the following eligibility criteria;
- Applicants of any nationality are eligible to apply.
- Must be an international student (not an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia); and
- Commence full-time studies on campus (Sydney). On campus studies include face-to-face and/or online (remote) learning applicable to all degrees except online degrees and distance mode degrees.; and
- Must be completing or have completed an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma no longer than 1 year prior to commencing at UTS, and be admitted based on this qualification to UTS; and
- Meet the UTS admission criteria for the selected UTS undergraduate degree course; and
- Must obtain an aggregate score including bonus and penalty points of 28 or above in their International Baccalaureate (IB) final grades, or 33 or above in their International Baccalaureate predicted grades at the point the scholarship decision is made; and
- All candidates must apply using the UTS online Scholarships application form to be eligible;
- Applicants must not be studying a UTS online degree or distance mode degree; or
- Must not be a government sponsored student; or
- Applicants must not be a recipient of another UTS scholarship for the duration of this Scholarship.
Scholarship Benefits
All successful applicants will be awarded with the following benefits;
- The schemes include living allowance stipends
- 50% of Tuition fee scholarships
- Conference funds and
- Equity support grants.

Application Procedures
How-to-Apply: All candidates must apply using the UTS online Scholarships application form. When applying, you will see a check box that says ‘I want to be considered for UTS scholarships’ on the form. Ticking this box means you will be automatically assessed for the scholarship. Applications of eligible candidates will be presented to a Scholarships Selection Committee, which will undertake the selection of Recipients, usually in May/June and December/January each year.
