Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are expected to meet the following eligibility conditions to apply for the University of Amsterdam Orange Tulip Scholarship for South African students.
- Applicants must be admitted into Masters program.
- Have completed some research experience
- Have completed an approved university degree and
- Can meet the English language requirements of TOEFL iBT min. score: 100, IELTS min. score: 7.0, GPA: 80%, GMAT min. score: at least 640 expected, GRE min. score: at least 158 GRE QR expected.
- Other factors such as community service, leadership qualities, and levels of motivation will also be taken into consideration.
- Based on academic merit.
- Have completed an approved university degree and
- Applicants must have a High school certificate or equivalent

- Recommendation letter
- Motivation letter specifically written for OTS: this letter is different from the general motivation letter for the programme as it focuses on the reasons why you think you need to be selected for OTS.
