1.) Process Design & Optimization Personnel
Location: Nigeria
Deadline: 15th September, 2021.
Candidate Profile:
- Firm understanding of process improvement techniques
- Digital savviness
- Experienced in Analytical Thinking
- Customer journey mapping and Experience design
- Highly skilled and experienced in the use of Kaizen tools
- Project management
- Lean Six Sigma qualification will be an added advantage.
2.) Team Member (TM), Compliance Governance & Learning
Location: Nigeria
Deadline: 15th September, 2021.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operations, Internal Control or Audit & Compliance.
Location: Nigeria
Deadline: 13th September, 2021.
Candidate Profile:
- We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned territory and guide a team of Profit center managers and Direct Sales Executives (DSE).
- The ideal candidate must be located in either Enugu, Ebonyi and Umuahia, must be committed to driving sales and adept at managing a sales team with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sales and marketing; Masters or other professional qualification will be an added advantage.
4.) Team Member Mobile Banking Technology Support
Location: Nigeria
Deadline: September 24th, 2021
Candidate Profile:
- Our ideal candidate must have experience troubleshooting, monitoring, administration of a Mobile Banking Application, must have the ability to resolve and manage projects on the Mobile Banking and related applications, provide technical support to end-users in an efficient and effective manner.
- He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day mobile banking tech support activities, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking is preferred, the knowledge of MSSQL, Oracle, Linux, Finacle will give an added advantage.

Candidate Profile: Our ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the Finacle application, SQL, should be able to ensure smooth running of Finacle. The candidate should have a BSc degree and a minimum of 2 years related work experience.
