U.S. Embassy-ICFJ Mobile Journalism Training: The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), with the support of the U.S. State Department office of Africa Regional Services welcomes application from African Journalists for a series of trainings on Mobile Journalism.
The training program will provide an in-depth training focused on equipping African journalists with relevant resources, tools, and knowledge covering existing and new challenges in the ever evolving world of Journalism.

The program aims to empower and train African journalists on global best practices and also aims to create lasting professional ties between African and American journalists rooted in a shared understanding and appreciation for the role of responsible journalism in fostering democracy. Participants are encouraged to use this program as an opportunity to expand their networks, engage in learning actionable skills and acquire helpful resources.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to participate in the U.S. Embassy-ICFJ Mobile Journalism Training, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be Africans who are passionate about improving their journalism career.
- Must have obtained relevant journalism certification from reputable institution of higher learning.
- Must demonstrate excellent leadership abilities.
