Applicants for the poultry seasonal worker visas are to apply by 15th November of each year while applicants for the horticulture seasonal worker visas can apply at any time of the year. The Seasonal Worker Visa has replaced the Temporary Worker-Seasonal Worker visa (T5).

Applicants can apply for a visa up to 3 months before the day you are due to start work in the UK. This date is listed on your certificate of sponsorship.
