McKinsey is pleased to launch its Forward Virtual Learning Program that offers a unique and transformational experience for young professionals across industries and job functions. The McKinsey & Company Forward Learning Program 2026 is open for applications till October 6, 2026. Interested candidates are invited to apply to participate.

The McKinsey & Company Forward Learning Program is a virtual learning program which offers access to McKinsey’s cutting-edge content and a community of peers while ensuring to equip you with practical skills and tools to apply throughout your career. Forward is a free multi-week learning program designed to equip individuals at different stages of their careers – from career starters to job changers – with practical skills to succeed in the future of work, whether they are looking to reskill or advance
Generally, the program offers a 10-week learning journey delivered in a digital and virtual format. It begins with building foundational career skills through online courses, case scenarios, and interactive learning events.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants for the McKinsey Forward Virtual Learning Program 2026 are to meet the following criteria:
- Be a university graduate
- Have no more than five years of formal work experience (not including internships).
- Be currently employed in a private small/medium company, not for profit organization, non-governmental organization or be self-employed.
- Have a good command of the English language
