The Mastercard Foundation is pleased to announce the commencement of its Associates Program 2026. The Program aims to connect talented young people with 12-month internships across Africa by providing them with an opportunity to learn new things and develop their skills.
The program works through partnerships with external organizations and Foundation partner organizations to support Associates in developing leadership, employability, and entrepreneurship skills following graduation.

- Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program Alumni
- Alumni of Mastercard Foundation programs
- Young people, age 18 to 35, across Africa seeking meaningful early‑career experience
