Ernest Solvay Fund is an initiative of the King Baudouin Foundation an independent, pluralistic foundation based in Brussels (Belgium) with the mandate to change society for the better and invests in inspiring projects and individuals. The Foundation was set up in 1976, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of King Baudouin’s reign. The Foundation supports projects in Belgium and at the European and international level.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible organizations for the Ernest Solvay Fund 2021 for Scientific and Technological Research must implement a non-commercial project intended to promote and encourage:
- Scientific/technological training or study as a choice for young people and/or training of their entrepreneurial skills.
- Promotion of and involvement in scientific research.
- Scientific and technological entrepreneurship.
- Must be willing to abide by the guidelines as stipulated by King Baudouin Foundation.
