The Bosun Tijani Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2026 Gen AI Fellowship, a fully funded six-month programme designed to equip young Nigerians with practical skills in Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). The fellowship combines intensive technical training, mentorship, hands-on projects, and career support to prepare participants for opportunities in one of the world’s fastest-growing technology sectors.
Through this immersive fellowship, participants will gain industry-relevant AI knowledge while working on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. Successful fellows will also receive a monthly stipend, certification, and access to career development and job placement opportunities upon completion of the programme.
Program Overview
The Bosun Tijani Foundation Gen AI Fellowship is a full-time, six-month training programme aimed at developing the next generation of AI talent in Nigeria.
The fellowship features two specialized learning tracks:
- AI Engineering – covering machine learning, model fine-tuning, MLOps, cloud deployment, and AI infrastructure.
- AI Application Development – focusing on building AI-powered web and mobile applications, API integration, and user experience (UX).
Training will be conducted physically at:
- ICT Park, Abeokuta, Ogun State
- Kano

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian interested in building a career in Artificial Intelligence.
- Be available to participate in the full-time six-month programme.

- Be able to attend physical training sessions at either the Abeokuta or Kano training centre.
