The Australian Commonwealth Government in collaboration with Bond University offers will be offering a number of fee waiver and stipend scholarships to eligible graduate students through the Research Training Program (RTP). The Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) stipends are provided to support the general living costs of both domestic and overseas students undertaking Research Doctorate degrees.
Bond University has a merit-based approach to determining which students are eligible for a scholarship. A scholarship will only be offered to students who possess excellent academic merit and research potential.

Background
The University places a focus on commencing full time on campus Doctoral students only for living stipend scholarships. Masters students are not eligible to apply for HDR Scholarships. The Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) stipends are provided to support the general living costs of both domestic and overseas students undertaking Research Doctorate degrees.
Australian Government Research Training Program Scholarship 2021 | Eligibility Criteria
The scholarship application process is open to domestic and overseas HDR students who are studying, or intend on studying, a PhD Doctorate by Research at Bond University. Also note;
- Assessment of Scholarship Applications Framework
- All applicants must hold a valid Letter of Offer for enrolment in a HDR program, issued by Bond University Admissions Department, prior to applying for this award
- In order to apply for an HDR program, students must meet the HDR academic entry requirements of Bond University, as well as satisfy visa, residency and English proficiency requirements.

- Step 2: Apply for Admission to Bond University
- Step 3: Apply for Scholarship
