2020 University of Turin Visiting Professors Programme in Italy: The University of Turin is pleased to announce the commencement of application for its 2020 Visiting Professors programme for scholars from non-Italian universities and research institutes. The visiting Professor should be interested in positively impacting the programme and must have the relevant professional and scientific requirements specified for each proposed course.
The Visiting Professor will be expected to carry out research and teaching activities on-site at the University of Turin, but if before the commencement, the Covid-19 emergency situation is not over, the University may choose, in accordance with the scientific realities to transform the educational activities in distance learning activities.

Programme Eligibility and Selection Criteria: To be considered for the 2020 University of Turin Visiting Professors Programme in Italy, applicants are to meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must possess significant academic teaching experience in the scientific field of the proposed courses, or in a discipline related to the proposed courses.
- Applicant’s professional experience must be aligned with the specific contents of the proposed courses.
- Applicants must possess excellent academic credentials (e.g. PhD, medical specialization, qualifications gained abroad) and/or professional experience.
- Applicants must possess any further particular requirements peculiar to their course or area of specialization.
- Applicants must be willing to abide by the contractual terms of the University of Turin as regards Visiting Professors programme for non-Italians.
