UNICEF Leading Minds Youths Fellowship is currently open for applications from passionate young leaders to form the core team of Leading Minds Fellows on Climate, an intensive, six-month program designed to foster and harness the talents of young climate leaders.
The UNICEF Leading Minds Fellowship on Climate is a part-time paid fellowship and is your chance to steer the agenda of UNICEF’s Leading Minds conference 2024, which is focused on climate breakthroughs. Selected fellows will receive stipend for work during the fellowship period.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants are expected to meet the following conditions for UNICEF Leading Minds Fellowship:
- Applicants who are passionate young leaders
- Open to young climate leaders aged 15-25.
- Applicants who are architects of the future – young individuals eager to change insights into action and discourse into lasting change.
- Fellows must have English language proficiency to work with UNICEF and other fellows at the global level.
