1# University of Rochester School of Nursing

The University of Rochester located in New York, recently started tuition-free nursing program for students who are enrolled in Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) degree. The institution waives tuition for students who are enrolled in the accelerated bachelor’s degree of the school.

This arrangement applies to candidates who already are in possession of a bachelor’s degree in a major other than nursing where students can enroll and earn a BSN in 12 months. However, graduates must agree to work at a local hospital as a nurse for at least three years after graduation.

2# University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing

The University’s tuition-free nursing program is open to individuals who already have a BSN  degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher. In addition, candidates must have worked in a clinical setting for at least one year before enrolling in the master of science in nursing program.

The Leonard A. Lauder Community Nurse Practitioner Program waives tuition for nurses who are keen on becoming nurse practitioners. The graduates of this program are expected to practice nursing in underserved areas for at least two years.

3# Gulf Coast State College

The College offers scholarships to fund the cost of a bachelor in nursing program through the Simply Health Scholars Program. The scholarship executed by the Simply Healthcare HMO promises to cover up to $10,000 per annum for students enrolled in a BSN program from Gulf Coast State College.

To reciprocate this gesture, students must promise to practice as a nurse or health practitioner for at lest two years in Florida counties including Bay County, Calhoun County, Franklin County, Gulf County, Holmes County, Jackson County, Washington County.

4# Chamberlain University College of Nursing

The Chamberlain University through the Called-to-Care Program provides students with three years of tuition-free schooling in exchange for a work commitment upon graduation. LCMC Health pays the student’s tuition for up to three years as the enroll their bachelor of nursing degree at Chamberlain.

Upon completion of their program, graduates must agree to work at an LCMC Health location for at least three years in exchange for the tuition fee payment.

5# Berea College

The Berea College located in Kentucky, United States operates a tuition-free policy that covers students stay in school, together with other benefits. As a work college, Berea College hires every student to work at on-campus jobs that enhance their education and prepare them for life after college. Berea College is one of ten federally recognized Work Colleges.

Students enter the workforce with hands-on experience. Berea graduates are distinguished by the practical experience they gain in the work study program. Berea Nursing graduates find employment in a wide variety of health care systems and higher education paths.

6# University of Applied Sciences, Germany

The University of Applied Sciences at Hamburg, Germany offers a tuition-free programme for international students, but they may need to pay a semester fee of about 360€. The University also has several scholarships available for domestic and international students.

7# University of Oslo

The University of Oslo, Norway offers a zero tuition fee to students enrolled in full time program but also expects these students to pay a semester fee. Students who wish to enroll in a bachelor of nursing program at the university can also benefit from this offer.

8# University of Stavanger

The University of Stavanger is known to offer nursing candidates a tuition-free opportunity to study at the university, but students must pay semester fees. Students are also supported with scholarships like the Erasmus Mundus in Social Work with Families and Children.
