The Sankofatech’s Achievers in Technology (AIT) is a rigorous four-year scholarship and mentorship program that aims to produce the next generation of African technology professionals in the United States.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants are expected to meet the following conditions for the Sankofatech’s Achievers in Technology (AIT) Program:
- Be entering a U.S. college or university as a first-year student in the 2024-2025 academic year
- Demonstrate an interest in pursuing a tech career (i.e. Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Information Security, Project/Program Management, Networking, Database Administration, etc.)
- Be of African descent
- Come from a low-income household.

- An annual $500 scholarship award (up to $2000)

Application Procedures
How-to-Apply: Students who are interested in participating in the AIT program should follow the steps:
- Fill out an application form by Saturday.
- Selected applicants will be invited for an interview.
- Sankofatech will notify all applicants of the final decision by July 2024.
