Policy Leader Fellowship at the European University Institute 2021-22: The School of Transnational Governance (STG) at the European University Institute (EUI) is offering fellowships to professionals in policy making for the 2021-22 academic session. The fellowship will help enhance the policy work and leadership potential of the fellow.
The STG’s Policy Leader Fellowship is a global programme that provides a unique opportunity for policy professionals from around the world to further develop their policy work and professional skills whilst participating in workshops, training and skills development sessions, conferences and other events in addition to interacting with the other fellows, policy makers and the academic community at the EUI.

Policy Leader Fellowship at the European University Institute 2021-22 | Details
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Policy Leader Fellowship at the European University Institute 2021-22, applicants must:
- Early-to mid-career professionals in civil service, media and non-governmental organisations, business, public management, advocacy coalitions
- Be able to demonstrate both professional experience and potential for future excellence in the policy process.
- Be genuinely engaged individuals involved in policy issues, especially those related to transnational governance.
- Be self-motivated, able to present a clear work plan for the use of the fellowship.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must have an MA/MSc degree. However in exceptional circumstances, applications without a master’s degree will also be considered.
Fellowship Benefits
- Fellows will be provided accommodation for the duration of the fellowship
- Basic grant of € 2,500 per month
- Household allowance of up to € 300 per month; €200 allowance per month for each dependent child.
- Travel expenses of up to €1,200
