Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Master Mind Scholarships 2026/2027 at KU Leuven,
- You should be applying for an eligible Master’s programs
- Eligible Program: Consult the eligible Master’s programs before you apply
- Eligible Nationality: All nationalities are eligible except Russian citizens.
- Academic Requirement: Excellent study results as reflected in a high GPA on the transcript of records.
- The previous degree(s) should have been obtained at a higher education institution outside Flanders. International students who have completed a credit mobility at a host Flemish higher education institution are still eligible for a Master Mind Scholarship.
- Language Proficiency: Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate a good knowledge and command of English, regardless of the minimum score required by the program. Accepted English language tests are:
- Online TOEFL: minimum overall score of 94
- IELTS: minimum overall score of 7
- Cambridge CPE: minimum level C2
- The language test must be taken before the 15 January application deadline.

- Coverage: The incoming student will receive a scholarship of € 10,225 per academic year, for a maximum of two academic years.
- Duration: The duration of the scholarship is one academic year for a 60 ECTS Master’s program and two academic years for a 120 ECTS Master’s program.
