ETH Zurich Excellence Scholarships 2025 | Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the ETH Zurich Excellence Scholarships in Switzerland, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must have a very good result in Bachelor’s degree programme (top 10% of Bachelor’s degree programme).
- Applicants must demonstrate excellent research abilities.
- Applicants must be willing to abide by the rules governing the conduct of students at ETH Zurich.
- Applicants must not have already hold a master degree.
Application Procedures
How-to-Apply: Interested applicants for the ETH Zurich Excellence Scholarships 2025 are to ensure that they submit their application within the first application window. Applicants will be required to upload a pre-proposal document for their master thesis in addition to the documents for the master’s admission.
Applicants must note that the pre-proposal for the Master’s thesis must be developed by them and use established scientific citation practice. Plagiarism, negligent or intentional misinformation will lead to exclusion from the admission process or – if discovered later – to the revocation of the admission and of any scholarship.
