Vice Chancellor’s Excellence Award Scholarship | Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must have an offer to study on a full time postgraduate taught or MRes programme starting in September 2026 or January 2027 of the 2026/27 academic year.
- Applicants must have a minimum UK 2:1 and above or equivalent internationally recognised undergraduate qualification.
- Must be classed as an Overseas feepaying student based on the UK government regulations and be self-funded (not sponsored).
- All applicants must meet all conditions of their offer by the time they are due to register at Brunel.
- Applicants who defer their entry from September 2026 to January 2027 (2026/27 academic year), will retain the award.
Application Procedures
How-to-Apply: Interested applicants for the Brunel University Vice Chancellor’s Excellence Award are to note that there is no application form to fill out, you will automatically be considered as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. To be awarded a Vice-Chancellor’s Postgraduate International Excellence Award for September you will need to meet all the conditions by the advisory deadline 31 August 2026.
Applicants applying for entry in January 2027 will need to meet all the conditions by the advisory deadline 30 November 2026.
