I am just getting to know of your call for application for scholarship. I have two questions: 1. Can you extend the scholarship to PhD candidates who have their admissions in climate change fields outside of Federal University of Technology, Minna as Nigerians? 2. Can I still apply seeing that your deadline for 2021 is June 30. Thank you.

Dear sir/Madam, I want to continue my PhD program. I am an MSc holder in Dry land Agroforestry and Land Rehabilitation. So if possible I want to continue my PhD program regularly. Hence, how can I get Visa and how can you help me to join your University?
