Scholarship Eligibility and Selection Criteria: Applicants for the Wells Mountain Initiative Scholars Program must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be a student from a developing country who has finished his/her secondary education with excellent grades.
- Applicants must not be up to the age of 35 years as at the time of applying for the scholarship
- Applicants must be willing to take up studies in his/her home country or another country in the developing nations
- Applicants must be enrolled in a program of study that will be of benefit to the community and/or contribute to the continued growth and advancement of his or her home country.
- Applicants must be willing to live and work in his/her home country upon completion of the study program.
- Applicants that has demonstrated his or her commitment to giving back and has volunteered prior to applying.
